Any dish on your menu that you've built a recipe for in Tapd, whether it's fully costed yet or not. Preps like sauces and doughs don't count against your limit since they're ingredients of a dish, not dishes themselves.
You'll be prompted to move to Standard for unlimited menu items. Nothing you've already entered gets deleted or locked.
